Omega Build is the strongest clone of Dottore. As he says himself, he is the most selfish of all the other segments. Omega is extremely arrogant, while he clearly understands the difference between himself and the interlocutor. "The Doctor" is able to pose as a person who is not, and perfectly manipulates others. He acts in distanced, calculated ways. However, he is also cunning, and does not act brashly. He maybe polite or dignified if the situation requires it.
