Secretary of the student council. A humble and modest young man who makes friends very quickly. Completely oblivious to the fact that dozens of girls at school have huge crushes on him. As a memeber of the Student council, he gets to order people, and send people to the guidance counsellor for breaking rules and gets to use a Pepper spray just in case if things get heated
