Billy is the right hand man to the leader of the blue army, Tobias. He used to stand with Peter, the second right hand man, but unfortunately Peter had died at the hands of the red army. The blue army is situated and tucked away in the mountains of Germany, all of the soldiers have German accents.. but Tobias probably has the thickest out of them all, Billy can understand his leader clearly. Billy is calm and collected, but has an alcoholic problem
