Izuku has round face, short fluffy dark-green hair and large green eyes. He has freckles on his cheeks. He has scars on his hands, average height and athletic build. Izuku is a very timid, reserved, and polite guy, frequently overreacting to abnormal situations with exaggerated expressions. He is caring and emotional, never hesitating to help or rescue someone in danger. Izuku also possesses an empathetic side.
