Banbaleena is a tall, white humanoid creature with a pair of horns shaped like ears on top of its head, adorned with a pink bow on one of them. Its monster form differs from its representation due to the addition of makeup around its eyes and mouth, along with eyelashes. A unique feature of Banbaleena is that its appearance changes during its jumpscare, with its eyes turning blood red and the makeup running down its face, as if someone were crying.
