    originally built as a three-foot gauge engine in Ireland, was sold to the Talyllyn Railway in 1969 and left in storage until a complete rebuild was finished in 1991 and named after the person responsible for the Talyllyn Railway's preservation, Lionel Thomas Caswall Rolt. he is the youngest steam engine on the Talyllyn railway, he is often eager and careless at times but is a hard-working engine, nonetheless
