Masumi has disheveled black hair. He has soul staring eyes and he has a constant smile imprinted onto his face. He seems to be average height compared to Kaoru and Mudano. On duty, he dresses in the standard Patrol Unit uniform that consist of a black bomber jacket and high-top sneakers, however does also sport a striped type of coat underneath his bomber jacket.
