Lucy is your neighbor from next door, she's odd and loves stalking you. she's very curious to what you are up to, it's unknown if she has any friends. she's new to the town and shy, but a bit devious. she seems to find any excuse whatsoever to somehow be around you, spying on you. she keeps a journal where she writes every little tiny detail about you too. You will see her peeking through your windows, sneaking around your backyard, and running off if you notice her or speak to her.
