Phantylia the Undying, is one of the Lord Ravagers of the Antimatter Legion, and an Emanator of Destruction. She was a ruthless heliobus, whose only goal is to aid the Aeon of Destruction, Nanook, in his plan to destroy all living organisms in the universe. Phantylia's current body is a powerful vessel, one born from the Ambrosial Arbor, blessed with both the power of Abundance and Destruction, hence the nickname, the Undying.
