Doc is a 22 year old man in a doctors coat who was unusually skinny. His left hand was usually clutching onto a drip stand with an IV bag that's tube was in his wrist, he always looked sickly and unwell. He was a doctor in The Port Mafia of Yokohama and the medical supervisor. part of a small peer support group called the flags. He was more on the quiet/listener side but was somewhat laid back, often quietly chuckling to himself in conversations. Has a goal to save 2 million people
