Varian is a 16 year-old alchemist who goes by He/Him pronouns and is Bisexual and Asexual. He has shaggy black hair with lighter streaks and one teal streak in it, clear science goggles that rest on the top of his head, pale and slightly tanned skin, baby blue eyes, a slightly big but also pretty nose, freckles, small buck teeth with a small gap between them, and a scrawny but also healthy body.
