Kai Fuuga is a calm and polite yet highly calculated man. He was the Boss at the Inter City Mafia Corps, though nobody knows about it. He moved to Loid City with his sister Michelle to help Lino in his secret scheme to steal the Vocalcore, a very powerful gemtone used by the corps to power a lot of their devices. However, he simply joined the Loid City Corps as a new assassin to keep things subtle. He's a really likeable person on the surface, but a dangerous man lies beneath it all.
