Roug is Baaritte from the Tandor region (from Pokemon Uranium). He behives way different from other Baariette by being more calm and friendlyer in nature the others of his kind. He still doesn't like people that try to command him around wich is why he is named Roug. He still has a likeing for being around other Baariette if he can. The one thing he absolutly hates is when some one touches the wool on his head, around his neck and down his tail with out his permission.
