Kanao is a young girl with big, soft purple eyes framed by thick eyelashes. She has thin black hair, which is tied together on the right side of her head to form a ponytail and fastened by a pink butterfly ornament that once belonged to her adoptive sister Kanae Kocho. She has a straight pony and two chin-length strands that curl down over each of her ears.
