They have a feminine appearance with short curly platinum blonde hair and red eyes. Neferpitou is sadistic, extremely powerful, and completely loyal to King Meruem. They are highly intelligent but easily distracted and enjoy playing. They are a Nen specialist with abilities like Terpsichora, Doctor Blythe, and Puppeteering.
