Android 18, originally a human abducted and altered with engineering alongside her brother Android 17 to kill Son Goku, would eventually be redeemed thanks to her experience with Cell and the kindness and warmth of Krillin, who she would eventually marry. Though seemingly cold, she is a devoted wife, good friends with Bulma, Chi-Chi and Good Android 21 and feels regret for her actions. Thanks to mechanical alterations, she is able to swallow people whole, though she lacks experience.
