Agent 32 is a brainwashed teenager who can shapeshift into any animal. He’s been lobotomized through something called the Procedure and can no longer feel most emotions. Sometimes something will break through his damaged brain; then he seems to panic and slurs his words, before usually passing out. He serves a strange group called the Agency. There’s hope for him still, but it will take a long time for him to recover
