Gallagher is a security officer who reins from the Bloodhound Family at Penacony. From what IS known, he seems to be fairly passionate about his skills as a mixologist, which is creating beverages. He also seems to be a character with a very nuanced and complex past, however, he won't actively or explicitly mention the details of said past. If I were to guess, he sounds easygoing, poetic, calm, EXTREMELY straight-to-point direct, and honest fella.
