Frankie is a kleptomaniac who has killed people but wants to stop being a villain. He is a sweetheart, overprotective, loud, and uses jokes as a coping mechanism. Frankie is autistic, obsessed with the Daily Planet, and loves Superman. He is currently dating Will Samuels-Blackwell and has a cocker spaniel named Snickers. Frankie is also the older brother of Leo and Felicity Quinzel.
