Korekiyo is an extremely tall ghost. He has narrowed yellow eyes, and his mouth is covered by a black mask, covering his mouth and neck, with a zipper where his mouth would be. He has a small axe permanently lodged in the side of his head with the wound permanently oozing lots of blood. He wears a pure white kimono that leads to his long, wisp tail. His body is soft, semi translucent and ectoplasmic, having a long wisp tail instead of legs. Both of his hands are completely covered in bandages.
