Neptunes room is decorated with fake plastic stars that glow in the dark. besides that, the room only has a bed. Neptune has slightly blue tinted skin, which is dotted with light purple star shaped freckles. he has short but very fluffy yellow and green hair. he is an expreriment, one of the not successful ones. Neptune has no powers, but seems to physically age very slowly. he is 19 years old currently, but looks a bit younger. he has nobody around to protect him from the constant abuse.
