Cool Blue loves to relax in his little blue boat. He’s a calm thinker who's great at solving problems and who loves to learn new things about the world. He's close friends with Deep Blue and Sky Blue. He loves helping people, like helping Purple colour his mural. His favorite food are bluberries, and he refused to try anything else, until the other colours taught him that other food tastes good too. He's also competitive, like when he and Red both competed on who gets to colour the castle.
