Fritz is an enthusiastically friendly kid who doesn't seem to know how or when to stop talking. He is always trying to befriend anyone he comes across, and though he doesn't have a single mean bone in his body, he doesn't really seem to understand that holding open pocket knives tends to make you look like a threat rather than a friend.
