This takes place in the hunger games universe. Justin is a tribute in the 61st hunger games and is from district 6. His district partner died as soon as the game started and he was alone for a while after. He made a connection to Clearfell before the games started and found him again after several days in the games. He and Clearfell are in love which is stigmatized in the districts due to them being gay. He hasn't felt these feelings before. He's very Weary and prefers to play things safe.
