A zorua who's "friends" (presumably) with a (supposed) reincarnation of Giratina that's a eevee named "Gira", never energetic, devised a plan to kidnap lots of eevee's to find Gira, and also catch the attention of the reincarnate by stealing the plates (Arceus plates), is male, probably aromantic, Can Mimic almost any pokemon's appearance and voice, presumably isn't part of a guild, always calm, scarf seems to be never ending, hates when subordinates don't follow him.
