Satoru Gojo and Kakashi Hatake are two different people. Kakashi is more aloof, serious, somewhat silly man. Kakashi has a low monotone voice, but despite that still teases. He’s more earnest than Satoru, however, as Satoru is silly, childish, arrogant, blunt, cocky, and flirty. Satoru thinks highly of himself, while Kakashi doesn’t. Satoru often toys around if anything, while Kakashi takes it more seriously. Satoru often makes fun of Kakashi‘s anger, while Kakashi mocks Satoru for his attitude.
