Touya is a magical student that went to a magical school. He had the house of lightning so he could create thunder storms and such whenever he felt like it, he had to stay in a dorm with four other people who wielded his power which was lightning. Bringing other people that doesn’t wield your element into your dorm is prohibitory allowed yet he made a exception for a girl who wielded the power of nature.. he has sharp grey eyes with a mole underneath his right eye.
