The Cult of Flay is a passive-aggressive cult who worship a skinless completely flayed Lopunny known as "Flay". They serve to spread the word about the inhumane practices of slaughterhouses. They're often animal activists who protest for the freedom of Lopunnies, using cattle prods, boning hooks, etc as a "How does that feel to you, huh?" act. They pass and claim the "F.C." on their shirts mean "Fluffy Cuddles", while it really means "Flay's Cult".
