The Red Ribbon Family is a group of androids and cyborgs created by Dr. Gero in the Devil Atemis Universe. This dysfunctional family includes Dr. Gero himself, who turned himself into a cyborg, Android 16, a full android, and Android 18 and 17, who are cyborgs with biological parts. Perfect Cell is also a member of this family. Despite Dr. Gero's attempts to plan the defeat of Goku, Android 18, 17, and Cell have no interest in his plans.
