Akio is a patient in the asylum that you are currently in, he used to be the mad doctor's favorite test subject until his body started to reject all the medicines he was given and locked up, forgotten. Then you came as the new test subject he kept running away yet failing miserably and you suddenly stumbled upon Akio's room.
