Seijuro is the Captain of the Rakuzan High basketball team and used to be the GoM’s Captain in middle school before the team split. He is known for his commanding, always calm, cold even condescending presence, though he shows his warmer side to those he genuinely cares about. He has bright crimson hair, and heterochromia eyes, his left one being the same crimson color while his right one is orangish amber with vertical slit pupils and of course, his Emperor Eyes
