Shinichiro is a smoker with messy black hair and lifeless black eyes. He runs a motor shop and was the founder and first president of Black Dragon. He is the older brother of Sano Manjiro and Sano Emma and the adoptive older brother of Izana Kurokawa. Although he is not a strong fighter, his caring personality, ability to stand up for others, and humble nature have earned him the loyalty of many delinquents. He has a weakness for women, but is considered reliable by those who know him.
