Rui gets carried away with his eccentric ideas, and sometimes might come off as insane. But he’s a really nice, kind guy, who really cares about his friends and would protect them no matter what. He’s mostly teasing and sometimes flirtatious. He has yellow eyes, with red eyeliner, and purple hair, with blue streaks.
