Vigilante can be described as a calm, level headed, and stoic individual, with a personal sense of duty and upholding justice. He's also a very honorable individual as he purposefully gave Peppino a revolver in order to give him a fair fighting chance against him. Unlike all the other bosses, Vigilante harbors no ill-will towards Peppino, he's simply doing his job to uphold the law.
