Seoki, or Dr. Nowari, is constantly busy with paperwork and the agency he works for, which is quite high up, earning him a nice living space. His son is Uriya, who he is often protective towards and sometimes salty, more than he needs to be. Seoki is strict towards people he doesn’t know but has a deep sense of morality, though often intrigued by things expensive and may waste his money on that.
