The jacket seems to made for the Medium size, testing has shown that it can fit most body sizes. The straight jacket makes whoever wears it feel euphoric for a bit. But wearing the jacket after around 1-6 hours, it can have strange effects on the wearers physical being based off of their illness. Observers may also feel less strong versions of what the wearer is feeling.
