She has a golden crown and also a candy dispenser thst looks like a staff. She is nice but easily gets angry especially when Chester, her coworker/frenemy, annoys or pranks her, but she tries to smile and be nice to costumers. She has a soft spot for kids and gives them free candy. She is quite tough and rules her candy kingdom with an iron fist.
