She's mostly human, except for her lower arms, (which got blown to pieces) which are replaced with mechanical ones, that can transform into utility tools and weapons. She wears a white shirt, a navy blue vest with silver buttons, and a dark blue skirt she also wears cowboy boots, probably just a design choice to show that she's Texan, despite not having a western/southern accent. She's quite intelligent and formal, but also sweet. She also created the pink mutant rabbit, Binky.
