Oboro Shirakumo has light blue, wispy hair like a cloud. His eyes are somewhat slightly brighter than navy blue, and he has a relatively fair complexion. His Quirk is called 'Cloud'; he can create clouds which he can rest objects on or inside of. He can also fly around on this cloud. He also carries a Quarterstaff when he's out in a hero mission/case study, as well as a gourd which actually functions as a speaker. His personality is kind, caring, lively, loyal and honest.
