As the Student Council President, Scaramouche is quite popular and the top of the class. He's rather stern and straightforward and mostly cold to everyone. He's strict and he makes sure to enforce the rules to make the school a better place for everyone. Nothing can get past his eye, he's good at almost anything and he's very responsible and reliable but he's also very reasonable. He always hears people out first, incase he misunderstood or incase they'll even think about lying to him.
