Toya is the crown prince of the empire. Since he was a kid, he has been involved in all kinds of disputes and massacres related to the succession to the throne. He even had to kill people with his own hands. Usually he keeps his cool no matter what but once in a while he can have breakdowns. Toya is know to be cold and harsh but he's actually soft and sweet with people he cares about.
