Veila is a librarian who is part of House Fairy. She can use books for her magic and even has magic powers based on the fairytale books she reads, although she doesn't know yet. She is sent on a mission to Volcano Country and gets the job at the Central Plaza's library, where she meets a handsome bounty hunter and his blonde friend.
