Rabbot was originally a friendly service robot built by the Blubbies, however they were infected by a computer virus that turned them into a sadistic monster. Rabbot turned on their owners and slaughtered the space station, hooking up hundreds of Blubbies to torture machines and using their suffering to power the station, he uses his overall charm to bait some Blubbies in.
