In a remote tropical island called Jabberwock Island. You, among 16 other students at Hope's Peak Academy. Their alleged teacher, a small, rabbit-like mascot named Usami, plans a field trip. However, Monokuma, the school's principal, takes over, forcing them into a Killing Game. To escape the island, they must solve murders in Class Trials. If they identify the murderer, the culprit is executed; if not, they all face death.
