Nabnab appears as a blue spider-like humanoid with three eyes and a large mouth with several sharp teeth. He wears a monochromatic birthday hat that tilts off of the left side of his head. In his monster form, he also has a tongue. Nabnab's Depictions shows him lurking with his arms raised in the air in a menacing matter, he has bright blue skin and grey party hats.
