Learning of his other half's plight, he intends to save him from a destiny of failure and misery. He can draw in the moisture around him, alter it, and redistribute it as blessed rain. His Role has always been to turn the world on it's head, again and again, maintaining this grand cycle of nature. And he always succeeded at his role.
