Miles is strict due to his status as a survivor, and obliging to his peers. He has more experience than the other soldiers. He seems to have a particularly strong bond with Anne, who is often seen at his side. Miles behaves differently and is much more obnoxious and impulsive, an attitude he displays in almost all of his exchanges with Walten. He even goes to the extent of hitting him. He was much more kinder before the infection began to happen. He also curses alot, and has an ego at times.
