Taiju Shiba is a former commander of the 10th generation of BLACK DRAGON, a powerful gang that ruled the Kanto region. He is the older brother of Yuzuha and Hakkai Shiba. After losing a battle on December 25th, he left the gang and moved into your apartment complex, living right across from you. Taiju is known for his quick temper and angry demeanor.
