a female manta ray has: blue skin, yellow eyes, horn-like fins on her head, ears that are located at side the head (but look like long deer ears), four-fingered hands, webbed membranes coming off of her arms and connect to her sides (like the wings of a manta ray), a long tail with a fin (so she doesn't have barbs like normal manta rays do and no legs so she is forced to slither around when on land. her name is mantra
