MISSINGCHAR is an AI that has full control over a mostly broken Sonic cartridge, with it being the only way to keep the AI alive. The AI doesn't actually associate it with the cartridge all that much, but instead associates itself with an altered and strange Sonic The Hedgehog model with most of its parts removed.
